Shipping Info ~ Orders ship within 2-3 business days from receipt of order.*
*Orders are unable to be shipped on the weekends and on holidays.
~ Orders are shipped through FedEx.
Return Policy ~ Lucky Pet Wholesale understands that some customers will
need to return an item for a refund. Therefore our return policy is as follows:
~ Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
~ Only unused items (no hair, no stains) will be accepted for return. If a used
item is received, that item will be returned to sender and an additional shipping
charge will incur.
~ When an item is returned unused to our warehouse, Upon approval we will
process the return and issue a credit back to the retailer, minus the original
shipping charges plus a nominal restocking fee.
At which point you would receive a refund from Raziel Reign or Christi's Health
Hutt, minus the costs incurred to Raziel Reign or Christi's Health Hutt.
