The deposit amount is $100. I understand this is a non-refundable deposit that places me on the waiting list for one
PET Bengal Kitten Raziel Reign Cattery. Raziel Reign is a vaccine-free, and raw feeding cattery.
When kittens are born, digital pictures will be taken and emailed to me by Christi Hall, owner of Raziel Reign Cattery or
the pictures will be posted to the Raziel Reign website, and I will be notified via email when my name comes up on the
list. I will be given a reasonable time period to view the pictures and choose to pick my kitten from those available or
choose to pass and wait on a future kitten. Local buyers may arrange for in person visit to view kittens.
I understand that if I do not respond within reasonable time period, it will be assumed by Christi Hall of Raziel Reign
Cattery that I have decided to pass on this/these kittens and choose a future kitten and she has the right to offer the
kitten to the next person on the waiting list or to the public.
I also understand that the breeder, Christi Hall, reserves the right to hold back any kittens she chooses for use in a
breeding program.
At the time of this agreement, current kitten, pet quality, prices are as follows.
Standard colors: Silver/Brown/Snow - $700-$1000 (Show Quality kittens placed as pet may be priced higher)
"Off colors" if they occur such as: Smoke/Black/Blue - $400-$600
These prices do include spay or neuter. I understand that my kitten may be spayed or neutered before I receive it.
I understand that the deposit will be applied to the price of my kitten and once I have chosen my kitten, I will
immediately pay the remainder of the full deposit ($350) and then I will pay the balance of kitten price before I receive
the kitten. I also understand that shipping/travel expenses are NOT included in the price and I will be responsible for
those expenses in addition to the price of my kitten. Raziel Reign Cattery has no control over shipping expenses, but
will do the best to find the most reasonable airfare price while considering the comfort of the kitten.
If my address, phone or email should change, it is my responsibility to notify Christi Hall/Raziel Reign Cattery of the
changes.
I agree to the terms of this agreement, and understand that the $100 deposit is not refundable for any reason, but I do
have the option to decline kittens offered until the right one comes along. Upon receipt of this signed agreement with
my payment, I will be added to the Raziel Reign waiting list and provided a copy of this agreement signed by Christi
Hall.
